Corrections are the most useful thing you can send.
OWNER: replace this line with a real, monitored address before launch. Amazon requires a working contact route, and a comparison site with no way to report a wrong number does not deserve to be trusted with one.

What is worth reporting
- A wrong specification
- Capacity, efficiency rating, zone count, voltage or install class. Say which system and what it should be, and it gets corrected or the row gets removed.
- A listing that has been taken over
- If a link now leads to a different product, that is exactly the failure the verification layer exists to catch, and a case it missed is worth knowing about.
- A system missing from the catalogue
- Send the ASIN. Systems are added from verified listings only, so an ASIN is far more useful than a model name.
- A price on the site that disagrees with Amazon
- Amazon is right, always. Coupons and limited-time promotions frequently do not appear in the API, so this can happen without anything being broken — but it is still worth telling us.

We do not sell, install or service equipment, we cannot advise on your specific installation, and we cannot handle orders, returns, warranty claims or delivery problems — those belong with Amazon or the manufacturer. We are not an HVAC contractor and we do not perform load calculations.
